تبادل و تفاهم بین فرهنگ‌ها

سازمان ناسودبر چینکو(Cinco) از سال ۱۹۹۵ به ترویج تبادل فرهنگی و ارتباطات می‌پردازد. این سازمان ناسودبر از سوی زهرا قائنی زبانشناس و روان‌شناس و تحلیلگرگروهی "group analyst" (عضو رسمی جامعه روانکاوها ی گروهی آلمان D3G) با تبارایرانی تأسیس شد.

زهرا قائنی برای بهبود آسیب‌های اجتماعی و درک متقابل فرهنگی تلاش می‌کند. او به قدرت گروه برای ایجاد تغییرات مثبت وغلبه بر آسیب‌ها باور دارد.
